3/31: 230 words. Closing out the month with some light editing. It’s actually one of my favorite parts of the writing process, and it’s how I do my second draft. Go through and read the preceding chapters and add emotional depth, revise quips and dialog, brush things up, and fix obvious typographical errors.

For the third draft, I do much the same thing but print out the whole manuscript and do it. And somehow, seeing it in a different medium enables me to see things differently and leads to unexpected alterations. Every time.
