12/22: It’s always weird to close out Scrivener for the final time on a project, knowing that everything going forward will be done in Vellum. I almost feel like I should have some little ceremony for it. But I don’t. Instead, I just move on to the next thing.

Today, that next thing was the mentoring book that I’m co-authoring. I dumped about 10,000 words of interview transcripts from my co-author into the manuscript. They’ll have to be intensely edited, but I’m hopeful that in the end it will yield 30-40% of that amount of content.
