1/9: 627 words. Yesterday, I didn’t actually get any words on paper. I worked through part of a scene in my head and rehearsed all the dialog, but it’s not written down yet. I ended up having a 15-hour workday, most of which was me traveling to/from and attending a mediation in one of my cases.

But this morning when I woke up, I had a weird thought in my head that I turned into a flash fiction story. It’s been a universally weird week and not particularly productive for writing, but I fell good about ending it well.
